Return & Exchanges
- Returns and exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Any damaged or incorrect items complaint must be made within 7 days upon received goods.
- All returns and exchanges must include a copy of the Return / Conversion form.
- You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
- We recommend using a safe and trusted delivery service when returning the goods. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurs during the shipment.
- The returned good should be in good condition with the tag still intact.
- Returns and replacements will be assessed and processed AFTER we received the item.
- The process of return and replacement of goods will take up to a maximum of 14 working days.
